1. Go for short to medium length hair.
2. Have a layered(but not so layered) cut.
3. Change shampoos monthly as using the same shampoo everytime causes dandruff.
4. Use virgin coconut oil to massage your hair and scalp once or twice a week.
5. Conditioners should not be used everyday.

Me too. I have long, baby fine blonde hair. It is dry and breaks, but I love my hair and get a lot of compliments on it. I am on a constant quest for shampoos and conditioners. In fact, I probably have four/five of each on my shower shelf right now.
I have short layers. "Short" meaning they aren't all that many layers and the distance between the cuts is about 1/4-1/2 inch.
I really like Bed Head's Moisture Manic Conditioner. It works the best on me.
I do not use any stying products and the only time I ever blow dry my hair is when my hair dresser does it.
