go to any health food store and buy unbleach/unrefined coconut oil in a jar. boil a pot of hot water and let the bottle sit in the pot to unsaturate. when it is melted and depending on how much hair you have, pour a couple of tablespoons in your hands and massage it in your hair and scalp. let it sit for an hour and wash with shampoo and conditioner. i usually tie my hair up with a grocery bag (you can use a shower cap if you have one).
