Every other day. Use shampoo %26amp; conditioner every time, unless it is a penetrating conditioner, (it would say how often to use it on the bottle.)

Good products, always professional products like Nexxus, Paul Mitchell etc.

Always get ones that are for dry hair, with moisture in it. Use an intense conditioner once or twice a week, that should help.

That depends on what hair type you have. Here's a good guideline.

Oily= every day

Normal= five times a week

Dry= wash it twice a week but condition every time you shower

Suave shampoo and conditioner are good unless your hair tangles easily, then I would recommend Herbal Essence conditioner with Suave shampoo.

Every other day is fine. I use pantene pro-v shampoo and conditioner. A hot oil treatment once a week helps also. Or if you don't like the oil thing, pantene (as well as other companies like St. Ives) makes a deep conditioning treatment that can be used once a week.

You can purchase K-Pak products at your local salon. They have a shampoo, conditioner and leave in products. I am 54 and my hair is long and is not frizzy, in fact it's never looked better.

I was told that it is unhealthy to wash your hair everyday, but every other day is fine. Also, all natural products are great for your hair and don't bring it down. Aveda has great natural hair products.

If your are close to Trade Secret were they sale Beauty Products You do not need to be hair stylist to purchase beauty products there... Get one of those Deep Conditioning Treatment... I recommend Joico, Biolage, LINE. This is what i use to my clients when they have dry hair and they just love the results. And i use it myself so. Hope this help...

NOte: do not buy Herbal Essence line it will not do anything on your hair it might strip your hair... Look at the back and see the ingredient you will see there is a Petroleum in it... You wouln't want to have shampoo or conditioner that has petroleum would you?

well, i wash my hair everyday, because it gets very greasy quick. but i also have dry hair usually. i use hair masks alot, and i've been told and i've used Hot-Oil treatments. they're the best! really easy to use, and you can get them at a hairdresser or rite aid or wallgreens!
