First you need to get at least an inch cut off to get rid of split ends, or your hair won'tgrow.

Then get yourself some Hot Oil treatments, and do them twice a week for a while. After that you can taper off.

Use natural shampoos and conditioners from a health shop. Check what is in them. Jojoba , and oils are good.

If you are in a hot climate wear a peak cap if the sun is very hot, and if it is very cold ,wear a wooly beenee. Scarf to match looks good.

Once in awhile my hair gets really dry. I use a mixture on my head. I get a shower cap or regular saran wrap. Heat a towel in the dryer for a little bit. mix the following ingredients together:

Eggs

Mayonnaise

Vegetable Oil

It all depends on the length of your hair how much you need. I have shoulder length hair and I use 2 eggs, 1 cup mayo, 1 tablespoons of oil. You can use more or less depending on how long/short your hair is.

It smells awful but it really works. All of these oils will saturate into your hair. Once it is all mixed together then you put it on your hair. Put as much of the mixture on your hair as possible until it is caked on there. Wrap your head in plastic and throw the towel on it for about an hour.
