apply heat with blow drier for 5 mins

rinse out

do 2 a week

i have the exact same problem. first off, drink lots of water, since the best way to get moisture to your hair is from the inside out. look for shampoos that have wheat proteins and polymers in it. it will restore shininess and your hair's ability to soak up moisture. also, you could try scrunching a small dab of safflower oil into your hair once a day. its a natural oil you can find at the grocery store. and it is also good for restoring moisture to your hair. make sure when you straighten use enough heat protection products to prevent your hair from more damage. i heard sunsilk's hydra tlc collection works wonders with de-hydrated hair. check out sunsilk.com for details.
