your hair develops a resistance factor....

if you wash it everyday, then it will get dirty at the end of that time....

I have clients that only wash their hair 2 times a week.....some 3 days.......all different amounts.....I have thousands of clients.... and the hair adjusts itself..... it takes a little while but it does it pretty quickly....

We do not need to wash our hair everyday....

That is way too much....in my opinion and in my experiences...

If the hair is very dry then too much shampooing will only accentuate it.....

Remember daily conditioning is just a step that shampoo manufacturers have plastered in your brain that really does nothing....

{ you use a daily conditioner right? Yet....complain of having dry hair.....that tells me it is NOT WORKING%26gt;...NOR NEVER HAS%26gt; don't use things on the hair that don't work.....they create BUILD-UP....which is one of the bigger problems we see in the Salon.

What you need if and only if you have tangles is a spray detangler..... otherwise....a deep conditioner that has real Organic SHEA BUTTER as the main ingredient....or just get a hold of some pure Shea butter....... a great website for that (TheSage.com has it.)

Cure your dry hair in a couple weeks with it.

Wash it every other day with moisturizing shampoo. It won't smell. Also, use moisturizing conditioning.

Not necessarily. If you do a lot of activity and sweat during the day yes. Make sure your using shampoo for dry scalp and try skipping a day. If your hair looks greasy by the next afternoon you should wash every day. If not its probably better for your scalp if you dont.

no! it wont smell! just because its dry doesnt mean it will stink. if you dont wash your hair then you can put haircreams or hairsprays that smell nice. i also heard that washing you hair everyday isnt healthy. and whoknows, mabey if you dont wash it everyday itll become healthier %26amp; less dry.

No it wont smell unless you are around like a lot of smoke or something that will make it smell. Also if you use a dryer on you hair it is helping it to be dry. Try to use a spray leave in conditioner to help it from being so dry. I do that and also use a hair strightenter to take some of the puff out. You may want to try it also. Good Luck

Tricky....

Either wash it every night instead of every day so you have time to let it dry naturally :-) Belive me it makes it so soft. And use a deep conditioner every other day if it's in a very dry condition, or once a week if its not too dry. And if you have a lazy weekend and your not going out in public, let it go greasy whenever you can, so your hair can redeem all of it's natural oils.

Or wash it every other day and use a nice hair spray to mask the smell....

Or, another option is to use dry shampoo.... a hairspray that cleans your hair without all of the fuss!

Try washing it every other day, and see if its not too greasy.

If you need to wash it every day, make sure you use a good conditioner. After washing, try a leave in conditioner, it will help a lot!

Yes wash your hair every day, just get shampoo and lather and scrub your scalp not your hair ends, once you rinse out the shampoo from your scalp the shampoo will run down your hair washing it without drying it out, then make sure you condition it with a good conditionar, Biologe is really good from a salon and for dry hair get a leave in conditionar also

well it depends on how much u sweat...really

coz if u sweat a lot then ur heads gonna smell...

i'm sure there are shampoos on the market for everyday dry hair....

or u cud use mild shampoos ...and conditioners help too

i think applying egg white to ur head makes it reaaaaally silky but i guess its kinda messy.....
