My favorite line of hair products in Aussie. They have a line that is called "moist" it is for dry and damaged hair. Anything from conditioner and shampoo to light mousse and hair spray that protects from blow dryer heat. They also have different balms like the previously mentioned 3 minute miracle.

Alternately, use ANY leave in conditioner. Also, bath and body works offers this thing called a "hair mask." Basically you wet your hair, massage it in, leave on for a little while and rinse out. Only once is needed and it works wonders on all kinds of hair (thick, thin, ethnic, etc.)

Aussie is perfect for me b/c i have fine brittle hair since it has been bleached but if you have wiry hair I don't guarantee it would work. So I'd try the hair mask in that case. :)

a moisturising shampoo and conditioner and some moisturising leave-on conditioner. Also, avoid styling regularly like withhairdryers and curlers and straighteners because they damage hair. Coloring your hair is also damaging to it.

My mate once put cooking oil in her hair, wrapped hair in clingfilm and a warm towel and left it on for an hour. She then rinced it off thoughly and styled as normal and her hair looked fantastic. I wouldnt do it myself though. I use wash and Go shampoo and conditioner all in one and my hair is in tip top condition.
