Exercise is making me wash my hair everyday = very dry hair what do i do?

I'm getting my hair cut to get rid of all the damaged bits in my hair, but i want to know what to do after i cut it. I train everyday so i sweat and I have to wash my hair. Any Ideas?

You don't need to wash with shampoo after every exercise. You can wash with just conditioner every other day. If this weighs down your hair, use a light, no-residue conditioner made for oily hair. Use it as a shampoo - scrub as you normally would.

you can get moisture cream for your hair my hairdresser said it works for dry and damaged hair so just go to the hair dressers or your local supermarket and try it out

I wash my hair every day and I used to use Pantene products.

They have never ever done my hair any harm, but my hair dresser swears that eventually it will damage my hair.

It has damaged my daughter's hair. She has had many color changes and I reckon that's more likely the cause. My hairdresser says I'm just lucky (so far) that my hair has not been affected/effected (?). I also color my hair but not radically.

SO WHAT I'M trying to say is...you need a good hair conditioner and I'm suggesting Pantene!

Good luck.

You condition your hair after shampooing and add a deep hair treatment to your hair every week, it helps.

try a moisture therapy treatment, but i find that applying olive oil [NOT your roots] sleep in it over night, make sure you shampoo properly, it's good to do it once a month. you only need a small amount
